Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy Services in San Francisco & California (Telehealth Available)

I offer telehealth and in-person therapy sessions for individuals in California, with a rate of $180 per 50-minute session. A sliding scale is available based on financial need, and I provide superbills for insurance reimbursement to help make therapy accessible.

Each session is personalized to support your unique journey, drawing from trauma-informed approaches including somatic awareness, mindfulness, EMDR, and self-compassion. I offer weekly or biweekly therapy to help address anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, creating a safe, supportive space for growth.


Mindful Self-Compassion Group

Join my 6-week psychotherapy group for $50 per session and experience healing and personal growth. In this supportive group setting, you’ll learn to quiet self-criticism, embrace self-kindness, and cultivate inner peace through mindfulness practices. This group is designed to help you build resilience and self-compassion in a welcoming, guided environment.
